Broccoli with Cilantro Pesto
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli, cooked
- 2 cl garlic, peeled
- 1/2 C cilantro leaves, tightly packed
- 1/2 C parsely leaves, tightly packed
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t salt
Instructions
- Blend together all but the broccoli to form a pesto.
- Dress the broccoli, plate and serve.
